Loans
In loans, our role is to act as your ally, guide and advisor in times of growth
and expansion. Over the years, we have gained a wealth of financial expertise as we’ve helped hundreds of United Methodist churches and institutions
expand their ministries through larger or improved facilities. No other
lender in the nation can claim our level of experience in making successful loans to United Methodist churches.

Loan Consulting
Whether we work with you in an advisory role, or as your primary lender, our goal remains the same: to provide the services you need to see your project through. This means that
even if you don't apply for a loan from the Foundation, you can rely on our
counsel. Our Cash Flow Model has helped countless churches and institutions
expand into new ministries without compromising existing ones.
