More About the Dinner
Join us the evening prior to our fall board meeting as we celebrate the life-giving results of the work of the Texas Methodist Foundation: congregations making room at the table for all to share in God’s boundless grace and abundance.
Honorees
We will be honoring the late Dr. Leighton K. Farrell and Dr. J. Thomas Graves with Medallions of Merit for their significant contributions to the work of TMF.
Guest Speaker
Dr. William Enright, executive director of the Lake Institute on Faith and Giving, will share his thoughts on the breadth and depth of our work, especially as it relates to leadership development.
Celebrating the TMF Institute
This evening of celebration will also highlight the work of the TMF Institute for Clergy and Congregational Excellence.
Visit with Dr. Gil Rendle
In addition to the Sunday evening dinner, on Monday morning, Nov. 22, guests of TMF board members will have the opportunity to visit with Dr. Gil Rendle about the current health of The United Methodist Church and ways the TMF Institute is leading change in the Church.
Lunch on Monday
We also hope our invited guests will join us for a concluding lunch at the Omni where Eric McKinney will share his experiences as both a participant and a facilitator of TMF Institute peer groups.
