Foundation Relations Wins National Recognition
The Texas Methodist Foundation’s Foundation Relations department has won four national awards in the prestigious DeRose-Hinkhouse Memorial Awards competition. The awards are presented each year by the Religion Communicators Council (RCC), an interfaith association of more than 600 religion communicators working in print and electronic communication, marketing and public relations.
Entries for the 2010 awards (for work completed in 2009) were judged by journalism faculty members at Eastern Illinois University. The judges honored TMF projects submitted in several award classes.
