The Texas Methodist Foundation’s loan services staff acts as an ally, guide, and advisor for United Methodist churches as they consider and implement building projects to expand their ministries.
We have provided loans at competitive terms to churches throughout Texas since the early 1960s. Over 40 years and more than a thousand churches later, we are the largest United Methodist foundation lender in the country. More importantly, this growth shows we are helping support an entrepreneurial spirit in United Methodist churches that continually looks for ways to reach and serve their congregations, communities, and the world.
