Capital Campaigns Designed for Your Needs

The United Methodist Covenant calls for committing prayer, presence, gifts and service to our faith. The Foundation’s stewardship consultants incorporate this pledge into designing and directing capital stewardship campaigns.

Using proven strategies, your capital campaign is customized to your congregation, with an emphasis on showing how your immediate project will further your congregation’s unique purpose. If desired, Foundation loan officers can team with stewardship staff to provide comprehensive consulting services for your expansion project, including capital campaign readiness, financial potential, debt analysis, and funding options. This pre-campaign consultation is free of charge.

Once your campaign is underway, every activity is resourced and managed by Foundation staff members. A fee indexed to the church’s annual budget income is charged for directing capital campaigns. The Foundation’s multi-session Annual and Year-Round Stewardship Workshop is included in the capital campaign fee.
