Empowering Others To Achieve Their God–Appointed Missions.

TMF supports local United Methodist churches and other nonprofit organizations that share a vision and capacity to create a better world.

Supporting and sharing effective programs whose purpose is to bring about transformational change.

TMF seeks to encourage potential grantees to be purposeful and courageous in their missions.

We fulfill our purpose by supporting effective programs that consider the evaluation and assessment of program needs, and measure the impact and systemic change brought about by their efforts.

TMF focuses its Grants efforts in four major areas of interest:

  • Outreach ministries to churches or other nonprofit organizations that have identified their purpose and mission field, and are addressing critical needs within the communities they serve by implementing long-term solutions
  • Improving the condition of children living in poverty through programs and services that provide systemic and lasting impact
  • Evangelism initiatives focused on targeting younger generations, culturally diverse populations and others not currently being reached by the Church, and encouraging new and effective ways of “being the Church”
  • Financial need-based scholarships for institutions that support undergraduate work or ministry training for individuals, both lay and clergy, who lead or intend to lead activities that contribute to the world that God imagines
